Vacation apartment Bauernstube Scheidterhof

Our cosy, family-friendly holiday rental in a rural setting is located on the “Scheidterhof” estate, high above Kobern-Gondorf and the idyllic Moselle Valley. Here, you’ll enjoy a unique panoramic view stretching across the Eifel, Moselle, and Hunsrück regions.
A farm holiday is always especially inviting for families with children. In addition, the apartment is about 200 metres from the “Traumpfad Koberner Burgpfad” hiking trail. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and biking.
We are a fourth-generation farming family and now exclusively raise free-range laying hens.
At our neighbouring farm, the Manderscheiderhof, you can get fresh organic fruits and vegetables on Fridays.



Scheidterhof “Bauernstube” Holiday Rental:

Our idyllically located holiday rental features a cosy gabled room on the ground floor that has been lovingly furnished. It is accessible via a separate entrance and a wooden staircase (8 steps).
The open-concept living area with dining and kitchen spaces has everything you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room features a double sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located on this level. Another staircase leads to the sleeping loft with a double bed.
Bed linens and towels are included.
Additional leisure activities:
Hiking trails, swimming, biking, tennis, visiting castles and palaces, boat tours, and many other excursion options along the Rhine and Moselle rivers.



On-site costs: Stress-free holiday & save money! During their stay, we offer our guests the VRM guest ticket for free use of public transport in the VRM region (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) and part of Hesse. This eliminates the often complicated process of buying train tickets from vending machines and also spares you the often tedious search for parking.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
