An exclusive, modern, non-smoking vacation home located not far from the beach in Norddeich

This exclusive, modern, non-smoking holiday home in a popular location in Norddeich, not far from the beach, offers 65 m² of space for up to 4 people.

The Nixe holiday home was completely renovated in March 2022. It is virtually barrier-free, and all passageways are suitable for walkers.

It offers rest and relaxation, featuring an extraordinary design with a very special charm. It was furnished with great attention to detail. A cosy atmosphere has been created here for a restful holiday on the North Sea.

The house features modern furnishings. The open-concept living/dining area with an adjoining terrace leaves nothing to be desired. A modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need, rounds out this space. Also located on the ground floor are the master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a bunk bed.

The living room and master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy warmth. There are two TVs—one in the living room (55") and one in the children’s room (42").

A new bathroom with natural light and a rain shower makes starting your day a pleasure.

The ceilings are finished with a special lime plaster that promotes a healthy indoor climate!

The patio is the perfect spot to relax on balmy summer evenings while enjoying a barbecue or a cool glass of wine together.

The holiday home features its own garden, which is completely fenced in. You can access it from the living room or via a side path.

Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available to you free of charge.

Bed linens and towels are not provided at the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

You can park very close to the house. You will receive a resident parking permit, which entitles you to park in one of the resident parking spaces.

The house is ideal for families with children. And you’re welcome to bring your family dog along. Cats are not allowed.
