Escape to a peaceful, uncrowded stretch of beach where sunsets glow over both the Gulf and Mobile Bay. This 2-bed, 2-bath unit offers sweeping water views, a calm coastal atmosphere, and the perfect setting to truly unwind. Nestled near historic Fort Morgan, this area is known for its slower pace, natural beauty, and wide-open beaches. Yet you’re still just a short drive from premier golf courses, local dining, and all the attractions of Gulf Shores, giving you the best of both worlds—peace when you want it, activity when you’re ready for it.

THE SPACE: This condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your vacation. The fully stocked kitchen has full-size appliances, all dining accessories, a regular coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table has seating for four, and there is seating at the bar for two. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. The living room has a sofa (with a queen sleeper), comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Enjoy the furniture on your private balcony and relax while taking in the fantastic view of the Gulf. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly tiled walk-in shower, along with a TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a TV. The guest's full bath has a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, the condo has a full-size washer/dryer.

THE PROPERTY: Take all your gear and head out to the white sandy beach. Although not gulf front, you only have a short walk (300 yards, 5 minutes) on a paved sidewalk to the community boardwalk, which leads to the beach. Spend the day relaxing and taking in the beauty of this secluded stretch of beach! In season, vendors are available to rent chairs and umbrellas, but feel free to bring your own beach items. All items brought to the beach must be removed daily. If you are in the mood to grill, bring your charcoal and feel free to use the first come/first serve outdoor BBQ grills. The Dunes has a wonderful pool which features a swim-through to the indoor pool. Lounge chairs are available to relax in around the pool. There's a hot tub located near the indoor pool. There is an outdoor shower available to wash sand away. If fitness is important, check out our workout facility. Paid parking is available for two vehicles. There are security cameras onsite located in the public areas of the property. No oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers or motor homes are not allowed.

THE AREA: Take the time to visit and tour historic Fort Morgan. You are located across the street from Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant, which is about 5 minutes away. . A brand new Dollar General is perfectly located on the drive into Fort Morgan, 12 minutes away from the condo, stocked with all grocery and vacation necessities. Sassy Bass Restaurant and Market at Gulf Shores Plantation are conveniently located minutes away as well as a few restaurant options at the nearby Beach Club. There are two championship golf courses within a fifteen-minute drive. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or take in a movie at the theatre in Gulf Shores. The Wharf in Orange Beach has wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Take an afternoon and catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions in Gulf Shores include mini golf, a go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. You are also down the street from a convenience store with great pizza, coffee and a restaurant. This area has so much to offer and why stay in a small hotel? Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself with the money you will be saving :)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean and put away all dishes. Do not leave in the dishwasher or leave the dishwasher running.
If you used the sofa bed, remove linens and leave on top the sofa. Leave all othe linens on the beds and towels in the bathrooms.
Dispose of garbage and food in the trash chute located on the same floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bookings accepted, but only CONFIRMED upon signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours, emailed after booking. Min age 25, proof is required
4 PM arrival,10 AM departure. Purchase parking pass onsite, limit 2, display in vehicle, price subject to change. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
Departure: Place garbage in trash (no trash pickup at the unit). Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishwasher running. Sweep sand from unit.

This is was a great vacation

This condo is towards the end of the peninsula, do not plan to walk to any restaurants or attractions if this is what you want, this is not for you. If you want a quiet place to renew your mind this will be for you. The condo was beautiful, the furniture was very nice, not run down or dirty. It was very clean and had all the amenities that you expect. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and well stocked. Views of Brack were great and bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking pass was not included in the rental price, a day or two before our trip we had to purchase a parking pass. We have never had to pay for parking here before so it threw me off guard. Other th an tat our stay was wonderful!
