The home is so beautiful and spacious. The rooms were big and had beds in all of them. The room downstairs could use some curtains on the doors because it gets creepy at night and people can see in. other than that, amazing house and property.

The house was beautiful and spacious enough for us. We wished we were able to stay longer so we could enjoy the back yard but it was a quick trip. The house was perfect. Only thing I will note is that there’s a spare bedroom on the main floor and there are no window coverings so you are exposed. I did take my own bag of necessities such as a cutting board, & my fav knife. They don’t have seasonings in the kitchen so you will have to bring your own if you plan on cooking. Other than those minor details, it was a great house.

Pros: The house is spacious and beautiful. It's a great, very walkable neighborhood. The view is great and the host was friendly and responsive with my questions. The beds were comfortable and the home felt new and clean! I'd definitely want to stay again if the host makes some changes (see cons).Cons: I was given little to no check in and check out instructions and had to ask for them both, rather than being automatically provided to me. I had no idea there was a pool available for use, which wouldn't been good to know. The home is very poorly stocked (too few coffee mugs, no shampoo/conditioner/soap, no handsoap, no dish soap, no hangars, lacks window coverings in the master, no can opener. I hate to be negative, but other travelers just need to be prepared and know what to expect.

I want to start by thanking Jap for allowing us to check in early. We really appreciated it. Unfortunately, the house needed a thorough cleaning and dusting before we arrived. We live nearby and stayed here while our home was undergoing renovations. I had to bring my own cleaning spray, hand soap, sponge, and dish soap. There was noticeable dust on the countertops, faux plants, decor, and shutters. The stove had crumbs throughout, and the master bedroom AC vent/filter had a significant amount of dust hanging from it and should be replaced ASAP. There is a hole in the wall near the stairs and what appeared to be cigarette burn marks on the stairs. Thankfully, there was no smoke smell. Jap was aware of the hole. As another reviewer noted, the home lacks some basic supplies. There are plenty of plates and bowls, but limited cooking supplies. There was also no extra toilet paper or paper towels. I messaged Jap and saw the message was read, but received no response. He later offered reimbursement with a receipt, but we had none since we brought supplies from home. The master bedroom curtains provide limited privacy, and the downstairs bedroom has French doors facing the street with no window coverings. A few hours after checkout, Jap claimed we damaged the shower door. In reality, the plastic trim came off when I removed a towel. I did my best to put it back. There is no towel rack in the master bath. Overall, we appreciated the early check-in, but the issues mentioned need attn.
