A dream for young and old alike in a completely secluded location! Look forward to your very own little farm, a wellness cottage with a panoramic sauna, a hot tub, a swimming pond, and a large terrace.
With a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy, open living room, 4 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms featuring both a bathtub and a shower, the Moserhof estate can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Surrounded by the imposing three-thousand-meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern high-mountain region, the historic Moserhof estate is located in Carinthia. All around are nothing but fairy-tale larch and fir forests, green meadows and fields, and the idyllic Möll mountain river. An absolute paradise in every season for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether hiking, horseback riding, biking, rock climbing, skiing, or swimming—everything your heart desires is possible.
The 400-hectare estate offers plenty of space for a charming chalet village, a natural swimming pond, hot tubs, a whitewater beach, two on-site fishing ponds, a bathhouse with saunas and a panoramic relaxation room, a thriving organic farm with a play barn and riding stables, as well as a beautiful manor house with a restaurant and bar.
As a guest at this enchanting location, you can choose between a charming chalet in the chalet village by the river or a secluded mountain chalet in a dreamlike, private setting. The luxury Moseralm chalet impresses with its elegant furnishings and a breathtaking panoramic view. Particularly exclusive features here include the alpine bathhouse with a freestanding tub and sauna, as well as a private natural swimming pond. At 1,600 metres, enjoy the combination of idyllic beauty, tranquility, luxury, and unspoiled nature.
