Welcome to Sellin on Rügen! Whether you’re on holiday with your family or enjoying some time off with friends, our stylish holiday rental offers a lovely place to relax. You’ll have access to a living room, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room, and a terrace.

After a day at the beach or a stroll down Wilhelmstraße, it’s time to put your feet up and relax! In the living room, you can watch a good film on the couch or simply sit together comfortably and plan your next adventure-filled day on Rügen.

The apartment’s fully equipped kitchen is perfect for warm breakfast rolls, small snacks throughout the day, and a delicious dinner. It features, among other things, an induction cooktop, an oven with a pyrolytic cleaning function, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a dining area.

The separate bedroom in the holiday rental on Rügen features a comfortable double bed (180 cm). Two additional guests can sleep on the couch in the living room.

Do you dream of relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air? Or of reading in the sun? The holiday rental includes a private terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair—perfect for relaxing outdoors! Meanwhile, your children can play in the on-site sandpit.

To check your email or surf the web, you can use the on-site free Wi-Fi (8 Mbit); in addition, you have your own internet access via a Congstar Homespot—both free of charge, of course!

You can park your car in the private car park (No. 12a).

General Information: The apartment features a small workspace (desk in the living room) and its own washing machine; in addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a small fee). A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom, as well as a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner, are provided, along with a coat rack. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain vinyl. You’re welcome to bring your pet along on holiday upon request.

The small, stylish holiday complex “Parkresidenz Concordia” is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, yet centrally located near the centre of Sellin. The two staggered buildings, with a total of 22 units, were built in the charming style of seaside resort architecture.

From the property, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the famous pier (about 850 m away). The same goes for the lively Wilhelmstraße, which invites you to stroll along its small shops, cosy cafés, and restaurants.
