You may observe the horses from outside the fences. ▪︎ Do not enter any barns without an appointment with KC unless you have a horse in the barn.
▪︎ No fireworks, shooting or anything loud & disruptive to the animals or neighbors. ▪︎ No confetti or glitter.

Spacious and well equipped clean property. The host (Casey) went out of her way to make the place accommodating and well stocked with supplies. Evenings were a pleasure to sit on the large deck while watching the horses in the pasture. If a country getaway is what you’re looking for this is a great choice. Also to note that the area has an interesting high population of Amish which makes for a lot of fresh produce and small businesses in the area.

Loved this property! The hosts were wonderful and thought of the little extras that many don’t. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully, plus there was ample parking and even a large garage which my truck fit in perfectly. I brought along a horse and trailer, which they also accommodated and parking for large rigs is a huge plus. My horse had a nice sized stall with sawdust and was also provided with a large turnout, which she loved. Coffee, snacks and toiletries were provided and they even surprised me with a raspberry cheesecake bar from a local Amish bakery. Even though this place is situated in Amish country, there are still stores, pharmacies and restaurants close and they left a nice binder on the table full of options for just about anything! Easy drive to the property and it was 10 min from the rodeo grounds and rodeo that I was in town for. I would love to have stayed longer and taken advantage of the porch and firepit, as well as explored the area but sadly had to head home. Most certainly will be returning!!!
