The cottage features two bathrooms, each with a shower, one with a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day at the beach. Enjoy your morning on the deck with coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar. A homey living room with a sofa bed offers extra space to relax, watch a movie, or accommodate additional guests. Whether you’re unwinding indoors, playing a game or doing a puzzle at the table, or enjoying the peaceful fenced-in back yard with ample lounge and dining seating, this newly updated historic cottage provides a comfortable and inviting retreat.
We've thought of everything! The cottage boasts a large built-in bookshelf stocked with books, puzzles, and games. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, and conditioner, thick towels, and hairdryers. We provided beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, pickle-ball paddles, corn hole, and a fire pit! Bring your bikes and enjoy the village from our miles of bike paths or take a five-minute walk to the Spring Lake Beach or Central Park, where you'll find a playground, pickle-ball courts, basketball court, roller-ball court, and softball fields. The village also boasts Tanglefoot park, with a splash-pad, kayak launch, fishing spots, and weekly farmers market. Millpoint Park hosts weekly live concerts, a nice playground, a boat launch, and day-slips, and more great spots to drop a line.
Bring your boat! There is room to park your trailer by the garage, and a launch just a mile away means your day on Spring Lake is just moments away!
The Lake Michigan beach at Grand Haven State Park is less than five miles away, and Grand Haven offers even more family-fun for all ages. Shop downtown, walk the boardwalk, visit the iconic pier and lighthouses, and spend a day in the Lake Michigan waves at the beach! Evenings at the world-famous Musical Fountain are a bucket-list way to end a day!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the back yard and all of the games that were available in the evenings. The house is in a great location for an easy trip to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
