Charming house with fenced yard, on a quiet street in the heart of Bryn Mawr. Plenty of street parking. Groceries, cafés, bookstores and train station all within 6-minute walk; a train ride away from Philly, NJ & NYC. Walk to Bryn Mawr & Haverford College; 8-minute drive to Villanova; 25-minute to Penn, Drexel & Swarthmore. Bryn Mawr Film Institute and high-end dining/shopping down the street. FIFA World Cup, MLB All-Star Game & USA’s 250th birthday celebrations accessible by public transit.
The house is equipped with updated bathrooms and kitchen(and all cooking/baking essentials), as well as a fenced-in backyard. In addition to a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed, there are also two toddler beds in case you are traveling with little ones, as well as a pulled-out sofa bed. Street parking is easy to find. Washer and dryer are on the premises. A covered porch in the front of the house offers a nice place for your morning coffee, and the patio in the backyard provides a comfortable suburban escape.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all used sheets from the beds and place them in the laundry basket in the third floor bathroom. Please also put any used towels or dishtowels in the laundry basket before you leave.
The trash/recycling bins are along the side of the house. Please put bagged trash in the black trash bin. Cans go in one of the yellow bins, and paper recycling goes in the other.
Please turn off the AC in the upstairs bedroom when it is not in use and before you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
