Sehr zentrale Lage, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und trotzdem ist es ruhig im ganzen Haus. Der Preis ist für Norderney top. Eine Leiter in der Wohnung fehlte leider, da die Schränke teilweise für Menschen die nur 1,65 m gross sind, unerreichbar bleiben.
