Welcome to our modern and cosy apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment stands out for its ground-floor location and large, sunny terrace. The wellness area and the swimming pool are located in the same building.
The apartment features a comfortable bedroom.
In the living area, you’ll find a separate dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
A double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair invite you to read, relax, unwind, and watch TV.
Flat-screen TVs are available in both the living room and the bedroom.
A DVD player, games, and books are also at your disposal.
You’ll have access to Sky TV, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space in the underground garage.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlour and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
