Beyond the expectations

This is the first property thats has exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, few minutes walk to Valbandon beach, bakery and small shop. Pula city center and all other shopping centres are few minutes away by car. The house it self is completely new, very tastefully designed with stunning garden and jacuzzi. Very quite and peaceful. Inside you have everything you for the daily needs. The property is clean and extremely well maintained. The owners are super charming and warm.

Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr nett. Im Haus fehlte uns an nichts. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool der temperiert ist, war mega. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin spricht gut englisch und so war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Der Vater der Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und kümmert sich um das Objekt. Er war sogar so freundlich unser von einer Tour total verstaubtes Auto zu reinigen.👍

Great location, not far from the centre of pula and all the tourist attractions, but still far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The owner and her family were just beautiful people very warm and welcoming nothing was too much trouble, met us on arrival took us around the property which was absolutley lovely very clean,warm and beautifully finished well equipt we were only there 3 nights but could easily have stayed much longer.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, es fehlt einen an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswert und und immer erreichbar falls man mal eine frage hat. Wir haben uns einfach megaa wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal hin fahren❤️

Einladend, Schön eingerichtet, Alles vorhanden und gut ausgestattet, Gastfreundlich, Perfekter Service, Beste Location, Stadt, Strände, Geschäfte, Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurants auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliche, offenherzige Besitzer, Wegbeschreibung war da. Allerdings war google maps zu ziemlich vielen Zielen nicht immer hilfreich.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man zu einer Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Wohnung sowie die Terasse inklusive Whirlpool sind sehr schön und sauber. Da sich das Haus in einer guten Lage befindet ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad am Meer. Die Vermieter haben uns total herzlich empfangen und sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
