The Dornbusch holiday rental (
46) is located on the ground floor of Villa Granitz, measures approximately 63 m², and is a
non-smoking apartment.

It accommodates 2–4 people:

* Spacious living area with a sofa corner (converts into a bed for 2 people), 2 armchairs,
coffee table, sideboard with LED TV and sound system, Blu-ray player, mini stereo system

* separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a full set of kitchen utensils

* Dining table with chairs

* Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

* Bathroom renovated in 2021 with shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer

* Covered balcony with a view of the greenery and balcony seating

* Internet access (Wi-Fi) included

* Parking space available in the underground garage and included in the rental price

* Bed linens can be rented for €10.00 per person

* High chairs and cots can also be rented for 10 euros each



Just a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach and the Göhren pier on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen, the historic Villa Granitz awaits you. The villa is surrounded by a small rose and lavender garden and a lawn with mature trees and playground equipment. The holiday apartments were modernised in 2021 and are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a balcony, and various kitchen appliances. High chairs and cots can be rented upon request.

The adjacent building offers a free underground parking space, a bike storage room, and coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Pets are not allowed here.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
