Enjoy your stay in the wonderful City of Prague in a very quiet garden district just at the Prague Castle. We offer an accommodation in a very nice studio apartment in our family house. This apartment has a separate entrance and it consists of a kitchenette, big double +extra bed, a bathroom (with shower) on the second floor - face South.
We offer also safe parking and WiFi for free for you. Baby cot and baby chair available for free.
There is an excellent connection by tram no.22 - the best one for tourist in Prague brings you to all the most important sightseeing (runs every 5 min.)- to the City (10 min.). Tickets for the public transport are cheap and available in our house.
There is also a direct public bus191 transport to the Prague airport from here.
Supermarkets and some very good restaurants you can find in a very short walking distance.

Great Stay

Stayed about three weeks and enjoyed it greatly. Very easy access to the city center, restaurants, bars and shops. Check in and check out was very easy and communication was great. Definitely recommended for an affordable place to stay and be able to visit and enjoy the city.

Good location, Easy access to airport

The location was perfect for access to airport and attractions. Our host gave great instructions, information and even had bus tickets available for purchase. The room was comfortable with good amenities.

A Stay in Prague

Very clean and comfy- great location to the tram that took us right into Old Town- Was under the impression that we had two separate sleeping areas as I was sharing with my brother, only to realize that we didn’t which was a little misleading - all in all, a great time had by both of us

Best place in Prague

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I. The bed was comfy, kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and dinners, close to a tram and only a 5 min ride to the Castle and other highly sought out locations. The neighbourhood was gorgeous, safe, and was also walking distance to a grocery store. 10/10 recommended staying here- from a Canadian traveller.

Perfect apartment

Great location for a visit to Praag

Great location for a visit to Prague. Reachable and good private parking. The receipt at the apartment was nice. Good explanation of the possibilities around and in the city including the transportation and tickets. Very useful. We had a nice stay in Prague

I have nothing negative to say about this charming, clean, well equipped accommodation. My husband and I definitely want to return to explore more of the beautiful city of Prague. Great place near tram stop

The apartment is exactly as described. Prague is a city on hills, and this house sits on a hill. There is a great tram stop a five minute walk away. The television is very good, especially if you like German television. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house owner was available and helpful. I noticed there were no barking dogs around. This apartment is a great price for what you are getting. Stay here.

Nette kleine Wohnung und eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in die schöne Prager Altstadt

Die Anzeige war wie beschrieben und es gab keine versteckten Fallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte uns alles über die Umgebung erzählt, sogar Tickets um in die Stadt zu kommen hatte er direkt da. Alles in einem einfach für den Preis Top! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und Billa sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen sowie in die schöne Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Nie nie nie wieder!

Ich weiß nicht, wie tief die Ansprüche der Vorbewerter sind, aber das war der schlimste Aufenthalt, den wir in Prag hatten. Ich habe wirklich für vieles Verständnis. Dass die Ausstattung mehr als einfach ist, zum Beispiel. Keines der Möbelstücke war jünger als 20 Jahre, der Vorhang vorm Fenster war ein Stück Stoff, den man an einen Nagel gehängt hat, das zweite Fenster ließ sich nur verdunkeln, indem man da irgendwas reinstopft, sonst wird man von der Sonne geweckt. Der Tisch und die Stühle waren kurz vorm Zusammenbruch. Im Bad gibt es noch einen Boiler, es kann da auch nur einer duschen, der zweite hat dann kein Heißwasser mehr. Die Küche war komplett, aber bunt zusammengewürfelt, ausgestattet, Auch da die Einrichtung alt, aber funktionierend. Von der Lage her sollte man sich nicht von Google Maps täuschen lassen. der Weg zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zwar nur 500 Meter, aber was der Vermieter vergessen hat ist, dass dafür auch so etwa 80 Höhenmeter überwunden werden müssen. Die Alternative sind dann 3 Kilometer Umweg. Und die versprochene Garage ist ein abschließbarer Parkplatz. Nunja, wie gesagt, damit kann man leben, denn der Preis ist günstig. Wo aber wirklich der Spaß aufhört, ist die Bettensituation. Die Matratzen im Bett bestehen auf einer einfachen 10cm dicken Schaumstoffmatte, man könnte auch gleich auf dem Fußboden schlafen. Gott sei dank kam mein Partner damit klar, ich nicht, ich hatte die schlimmsten Rückenschmerzen meines Lebens. Ich habe mir dann die versifften, durchgelegenen Kissen des Beistellbetts genommen und unter der Matratze platziert, dadurch konnte ich dann schlafen. Allerdings dann auch nur dank Ohropax, denn man schläft umgeben von 2 Heizkörpern, die die ganze Nacht fröhlich vor sich hingluckern auf der einen Seite, und dem alten Kühlschrank, der ständig brummt, auf der anderen Seite. Wenn das noch nicht reicht? Was die Matratze nicht bietet, bieten Bettdecke und Kopfkissen. Beides wiegt zusammen ungefähr eine Tonne und ist so etwa jeweils 30 cm dick...Da wacht man doch gerne mitten in der Nacht auf und schwimmt im eigenen Saft. Wir haben dann auch den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und von den bezahlten 8 Nächten nur 7 dort verbracht.

Wir sind wirklich froh, dass dieser Gast mit seinem Aufenthalt wie auch mit unserem Preis sehr zufrieden war, inklusiv Parken gratis, was allgemein in Prag sehr, sehr teuer ist. Unsere kleinere Wohnung mit Küche ist tatsächlich komplett ausgestattet und funktionierend wie auch alle Vorbewerter erwähnt haben. Die nächste Tram22- Haltestelle Ricanova liegt nah auf der gleichen Ebene wie unser Haus, dies haben wir unserem Gast am Anfang beschrieben und erklärt. Er mit seinem Freund war nett und zeigte immer äusserste Zufriedenheit. Seine vorgespielte Frustration können wir leider nicht mitteilen.

Alles perfekt

Relativ spontan hieß es für uns dieses Jahr Urlaub in Prag. Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser wunderschönen Stadt und haben uns bewusst dafür entschieden eine Unterkunft etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum zu suchen. Angekommen an der Ferienwohnung wurden wir super freundlich von Michal empfangen. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch, hat uns das Appartement gezeigt, wie wir zur Straßenbahn kommen, zum nächsten Supermarkt, einfach alles. Er hat uns sogar direkt Tickets zum Einkaufspreis weitergegeben. Michal ist wirklich so freundlich und zuvorkommend! Selbst als wir gefragt haben ob wir gegen den entsprechenden Aufpreis das größere Appartement haben können hat er sofort geschaut ob es frei ist und alles fertig gemacht. Ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Es ist rustikal eingerichtet, was wir sehr mögen. Die Lage ist auch toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten sowohl an der Straßenbahn und mit dieser in ca. 10 Minuten an der Karlsbrücke, sowie auch in nichtmal 10 Minuten am Supermarkt. Da wir mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn unterwegs waren haben sich die umliegenden Parks und Spielplätze perfekt für uns angeboten und sind wirklich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für unseren nächsten Prag-Urlaub würden wir definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir waren 4 Tage in Prag um diese schöne Stadt besser kennen zulernen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben zwar etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber das Zentrum ist ohne Probleme mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr Freundlich, wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben.

Great value

The apartment was easy to find. Check-in was simple. The owner was very friendly. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Comfy bed. The apartment was located 5 - 7mins walk from the 22 tram line which made it easy to get into town. The tram runs all day and at night. The apartment was located close to the Brevov Monastery and gardens - a vast area for walking around. I would also highly recommend at least one visit to the restaurant in the monastery grounds - Klasterni Senk. A highly rated restaurant with great food and beers. The area around the apartment was tranquil although there were some very nice restaurants, just 5 mins away. We found it very easy to travel into and out of town - it was all part of the fun. Highly recommended and great value.

Eine Woche in Prag

Saubere uns schön ruhig gelegene Wohnung.Alles war perfekt mit der Tram 22 zu erreichen .Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.Herr Roucka ist sehr freundlich und hatte viele Tipps für uns.Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Prag und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Prag ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und hat sehr viel zu bieten. Es lohnt sich einige Tage mehr hier zu verbringen um diese Metropole besser kennen zu lernen und unser Apartment ist dafür schon die richtige und auch günstige Wahl für alle - verkehrsmässig eine Superlage und auch Parking gratis. Saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Es ist eine kleine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca. 5 Minuten und man ist mit der Straßenbahn in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum bzw. an der Prager Burg. Außerdem gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Stellplatz für den Pkw. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
