Enjoy ambient lighting, a full kitchen with waterfall island, heated bathroom floors, a deep soaking tub with TV, a rain shower with jets, in-suite laundry, and a cozy bedroom plus separate living area with it’s on 55’ LED 4k TV. Perfect for romantic getaways, nature escapes, and wine-country weekends.

Other things to note
The property may not be used for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, gatherings, or any event involving non-registered guests without prior written approval and a separate Event & Estate Use Agreement.

The presence of unregistered guests, event equipment, décor, vendors, or increased vehicle traffic will be treated as an unauthorized event.

Any use of the property for an event or gathering without a separately executed Event & Estate Use Agreement constitutes a material breach of our VRBO Property Rules.

Please note that the sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and outdoor fire area are reserved exclusively for guests who have booked the Main Estate Experience.

The Host reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund and retain the security deposit.

Great location and the apartment was really cute/nice. It was nice to be able to walk around the property with our dogs. I would stay again. The only issue is the photos show the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit even though people staying in the apartment are not able to use them. The listing even stated “fire pit.” It’s false advertising. So if you plan on booking just be aware that stuff is not included.
