Our residence with studio apartments is located within walking distance of the centre. Its strategic location allows you to reach the beach with a short walk of only 500 metres, thus combining the pleasure of days at the beach with the fun of nights in the city.
Each flat has a graceful and modern design, with sober lines and monochrome colours, and is designed to ensure a comfortable stay for both couples and families with children. The studio is equipped with a double bed with a faux leather headboard and a practical bunk bed, complete with a kitchenette equipped with hob, large fridge with freezer, ventilated oven and microwave. A sofa bed that can be converted into a further comfortable bed. A cosy balcony where you can relax in the fresh air. The bathroom is bright and windowed, with modern tiling, and offers a clear glass shower stall. In addition, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to ensure an ideal climate in every season, TV and free WiFi . Washing machines are available on the ground floor for all guests.
The residence rises 6 storeys high and is easily accessible by lift, as well as offering convenient parking spaces for those travelling by car. The flats boast large, bright terraces.
The area surrounding the residence offers everything one could wish for in an ideal holiday: from strolling along the beach, only 500 metres away, to discovering fashionable boutiques, tasty dishes in local restaurants, to lively evenings in its numerous nightclubs.
