Are you a family with teenagers and want a holiday where the "big ones" are also enthusiastic? Then you are exactly right here.
You rent a 1,600 sqm large, beautifully landscaped garden plot for use as a luxury campsite (glamping) for sole use. The garden is 1,200 square meters, the private beach for single use is 400 square meters and has direct access to the bathing lake. Only you as a tenant of the property use this access to the lake!

- Blockhouse sauna with green roof + with electric oven for use for up to 8 people (bookable)
- 3 CampingPods for use as living and sleeping pods, each with 2 beds (1x double bed + 2x single bed + 1x extra bed possible)
- 1 CampingPod for use as a lounge in bad weather with a large table and benches
- 50sqm terrace with 4m log cabin table + 2 benches and a large lounge and sun loungers
- Barbecue and fire pit
- additional fireplace on the beach (wood provided)

As a camper, you have the option of also parking a caravan and/or a mobile home (max. length 8m if no mover is attached). A power connection for the mobile home / caravan is available. Please note that from the 7th person, a surcharge of €35.00 is required for each additional person and night.
In the village you will find a very well stocked grocery store (about 3 minutes by car).
Excursions in the immediate vicinity are possible to Bad Düben, Delitzsch, Leipzig, Halle, Wittenberg. In the wider area, a day trip to Dresden is possible (approx. 1.5 hours travel time).
Important information for the guest:
1. Sauna
The use of the log cabin sauna (suitable for up to 8 people) can be booked individually. If you want to use the sauna, you pay a one-time surcharge of €200.00. The sauna can then be used as often as you like for the duration of your stay. But beware: The sauna is operated with a 16.5 kWh sauna oven. Electricity will be charged at €0.35/kWh at the end of your stay based on individual consumption. Calculate €20 to €25 for electricity for a 3-5 hour sauna experience.
2. Current
At the beginning and at the end of your holiday we read the electricity meter together. Electricity will be charged based on actual consumption at €0.35/kWh.
3. Drinking water
At the beginning and end of your holiday we read the water meter together. Drinking water is billed according to actual consumption at €1.90/cbm.
4. Well water
There is a well in addition to the drinking water connection. The water quality is excellent, but you should boil the water before drinking. A garden shower is attached to the fountain.
5. Terrace lighting
For a flat-rate surcharge of €100.00, the patio lighting can be booked for the duration of your stay using 2 "Enders Nova LED L" patio lights. The patio fires run on propane gas. The gas cylinders must be carefully turned off after each use. Protect the patio fire with a cover after each use.
5. Deposit
A deposit of €250.00 in cash must be brought with you at the beginning of your holiday. This deposit will be offset against the electricity and water costs at the end of your stay. Differences will either be refunded or have to be paid afterwards!
