You’ll stay in a spacious 3-room holiday home for up to 6 people, approx. 74 m², featuring one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two separate beds. The ideal occupancy is up to 4 adults and 2 children, who can use the loft bed in the second bedroom or the sofa bed in the living room. A fully automatic, quiet pellet stove provides cosy warmth in the living/kitchen area.

Separate dining area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (filter + Senseo pod), electric kettle, and toaster.

Entryway with coat rack, bathroom with shower/toilet and double sink, separate toilet with sink, patio with patio furniture (table, six chairs, sun lounger, umbrella, grill).

In the living room: 3D LED flat-screen TV, 3D Blu-ray player; in the second bedroom/children’s room: additional LED TV and Blu-ray player; in both rooms: mini stereo system with CD, SD card, USB, and iPhone/iPod playback capabilities.

In our park-like holiday resort, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished holiday homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, the Falkenstein Holiday Park is a perfect holiday destination for families. In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the ping-pong tables. When the weather is bad, the kids’ club offers games and film screenings to keep them entertained.

Spend cosy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly assist with leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the holiday park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your holiday with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your holiday rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
