My sister and I had the pleasure of being the first 2 guest. Nakell was very responsive. The apartment was clean and as shown in photos. Be advised this is a 1bdrm apt attached to the back of the house, entry is through the sliding door in the backyard. Upon arrival, we were unable to park per Nakell instructions, already had 3 cars parked there, no worries found parking on the cul-de-sac only a few feet from the house. We had a couple of concerns, which were quickly addressed, 1st the sliding door lock was broken, there was a bar that locks the door in place, (no way to lock up when you leave but it is a pretty safe community), no tissue (Nakell promptly brought us some), the AC is controlled from the main house, no trashcan in the kitchen and no rugs in the bathroom. There were new towels, a very comfortable King Size Bed and the sectional is quite comfortable. We didn't watch TV not sure of the app options offered/available. We would definitely stay again and possibly bring a fan or personal swamp cooler.
