Your holiday home, with 214 square metres of living space, is located in the historic centre of Bremm, just a few metres from the banks of the Moselle. You’ll be able to relax to the fullest in the quiet, enclosed courtyard. The house features five bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers and toilets, and a sauna. The courtyard includes a covered barbecue area.

The property

Your holiday home consists of a former residence and the adjoining wine press house of the Franzen family. The complex was renovated in accordance with historic preservation guidelines in 2020-22.

The three floors can be used independently, allowing three generations, large families, or groups to holiday together while still enjoying plenty of privacy. The ground floor is largely barrier-free, making the bedroom there well-suited for older guests. Each of the three floors features a bathroom, a shower, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink. A shared kitchen with a large dining table is located on the ground floor. The sauna is located in the attic.

The garden features a covered outdoor seating area, a lawn, a large stone terrace, and a wooden terrace. The garden is completely enclosed. The hot tub (Jacuzzi) is available from Easter through November 1 and may be used at your own risk. A gas grill (BBQ) is provided.

Up to two parking spaces for cars are available in the driveway (depending on vehicle size).

A charging station for electric cars (Wallbox) is available for a fee. Please bring your own charging cable.

Currently, there is a Smart TV with satellite reception on two floors.
