Hallo Carmen, vielen Dank, dass Sie meine Gäste waren. Im Vorfeld haben wir darüber gesprochen, dass das Apartment im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug ist. Für Gäste ohne Beinbeschwerden ist das kein Problem. Es tut mir leid, dass ihre Freundin eine Gehbehinderung hat und dabei Mühe hatte, die Treppen zu steigen. Beste Grüße, Dorothea Schuchardt
