Ferienhaus Kelpin - Ferienhaus, Dusche, WC, 2 Schlafräume

Holiday home in Oelsnitz, in the Taltitz area, located near the Pirk Reservoir and close to Plauen, the “Lace Capital.”
You’ll find a modern home with high, open ceilings and a comfortable indoor climate. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and is equipped with all the necessary appliances of a modern kitchen. The second sleeping/living area is located on the upper floor, where you’ll find two comfortable sleeper sofas. The entire house has underfloor heating. You can relax and enjoy your meals on a spacious terrace with a grill. Deck chairs are also available. A separate utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. 

Due to construction work on the Dobeneck forebay, restrictions are expected at the Pirk Dam in 2024. Unfortunately, water sports and swimming are only available to a limited extent due to the low water level.



Holiday home, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom with double bed on the lower level (can be separated from the hallway by a door), kitchen, second bedroom/living area on the upper level, heated floors. Patio with grill, separate utility room with washing machine and freezer, free Wi-Fi.



On-site fees: Pets (dogs) allowed, fee €10 per day/dog. If arriving with pets, please contact the landlord in advance.Due to construction work on the Dobeneck forebay, restrictions are expected at the Pirk Dam in 2024. Unfortunately, water sports and swimming are only available to a limited extent due to the low water level.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Schön war es

Genossen haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten auf der Terasse. Das Häuschen hatte fast alles, was man braucht. In der oberen Etage wäre eine Stehlampe und ein kleiner Tisch und im Schlafzimmer eine einstellbare Leselampe super gewesen. Leider ist die Autobahn rund um die Uhr unüberhörbar, trotz allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und können das Häuschen weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren für zwei Tage auf Familienbesuch im Ferienhaus Kelpin.Das Haus ist für zwei Personen auch für längere Aufenthalte perfekt, für uns vier war es für zwei Tage super. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schönes Bad, gute Betten, Platz zum Verstauen, perfekte Sauberkeit und alles sehr hochwertig eingerichtet für ein Ferienhaus.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus Kelpin

War eine sehr schöne Übernachtung. Die Holzdecke ist sehr massiv und schön anzuschauen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Gebäude ist grundlegend für 4 Personen geeignet, hat aber 6 Schlafplätze. Der Kamin macht es gemütlich. Kleiner Tipp an den Gastgeber: Ich kenne mich mit Kaminen aus. Eine kurze Erläuterung für die Zugumstellung und die Abgasdrossel würde anderen Gästen, die keine Erfahrung haben, bestimmt helfen.
