In this apartment you will find a sleeping area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee-machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine with dryer a bathroom with toilet and shower. Harmonious interior. Romantic atmosphere. We care for the well-being of our guests.
In our holiday apartments you sleep on slatted frames made of pine wood, untreated and free of metal and plastic. The bedware is in natural linen. Enjoy the relaxing scent of pine wood in all rooms of the apartment.
We offer comfortable warm rooms in the winter and pleasantly cool rooms in the summer due to a geothermal natural heating and cooling system. There is an elevator in the building.
Parking is possible. Parking boxes also for electric cars with e-chargers are available. Please make the request before booking! Pets are welcome.

Hübsch, zentral, zweckmäßig und nette Gastgeberin

Wir waren für 1 Monat in Meran! Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, ist sehr funktional, nettes Design. Das war die Basis für einen erlebnisreichen, stadtnahen Urlaub. Unsere Ausflüge konnten wir nur einige Minuten von der Haustüre entfernt antreten; oder in 8 Minuten von der Therme oder in 5 Minuten ab Theaterplatz. Zentral und doch ruhig. Wir fühlten uns wie Meraner, nicht wie Touristen. Ein gelungener Urlaub mit viel Natur und einer wunderschönen Stadt!

Perfekte, moderne und gemütliche Stadtwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, super sauber, sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich von Frau Hartig empfangen. Auch als es während unseres Aufenthaltes kurzfristig ein kleines "Problem" (Stromausfall) gab, war sie im Nu telefonisch zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt nebenan, auch sonst lässt die Lage keine Wünsche offen. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Laubengasse, innerhalb von 5 Minuten direkt am Passerufer. Wenn es uns einmal wieder nach Meran verschlägt, kommen wir sicher wieder!

Sehr gemütlich und modern

Lydia war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer gut erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr schön, außerdem gut gelegen, Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Geräten super ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber und ebenfalls modern eingerichtet. Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Auf Anfrage hat uns Lydia auch einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt.
