Top Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort kommt zu kurz

Insgesamt ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Man muss nur über die Straße gehen und ist am Strand. Die Wohnung an sich empfanden wir als sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen und einzig der Schoner konnte dafür sorgen, dass man nicht auf dem Lattenrost liegt. Im Bad und der Küche gab es an vielen Stellen deutliche Roststellen und das Geschirr war so sehr abgenutzt, dass wir uns wirklich gefragt haben wie alt es wohl sein könnte. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön und man kann an dem Esstisch gut Platz finden (allerdings nicht 6 Personen, für die die Wohnung ausgelegt wäre). Die Kommunikation war gut, für die übergaben finde ich allerdings einen kontaktlosen weg als deutlich sinnvoller. Großes Manko finde ich bei dem hohen Preis der Wohnung, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inbegriffen sind und ein nicht ausräumen der Spülmaschine mit 50 extra berechnet wird. Alles in allem Preis Leistung unserer Meinung nach nicht stimmig und es wird sich zu sehr auf der Lage ausgeruht.

Für eine Familie sehr gut geeignet.Wer hauptsächlich zum Strand möchte und gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Im großen und ganzen hat alles gepaßt. Die Reinigung war teilweise nur oberflächlich(Küche war ziemlich staubig). Der Toaster war defekt. Jalousien teilweise defekt(aus der Halterung gerutscht). Schranktüren in den Schlafzimmern auch teilweise defekt. Vielleicht wäre es auch von Vorteil, im Bad die Dusche umzubauen. Für ältere Urlauber ist es schlecht, über den Wannenrand zu steigen, wenn man duschen will. Auch eine richtige Halterung für den Duschkopf gibt es nicht. Man muss den Duschkopf immer in der Hand halten.
