Unverständlich wie man sowas vermieten kann

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich finde es einfach eine Frechheit das man so ein Objekt vermietet null Kommunikation null Verständnis. In der heutigen Zeit hat jedes Haus wlan wie kann es sein das man nur eine Flatrat bucht für sowas? Zu unseren Ärger ist dies aufgebraucht gewesen. Dann noch eins wie kann man so lieblos mit dem gau sein das der Putz von den Wänden kommt Steckdosen entgegen kommen und Metallstücke aus der vorhanden Bank die sich draußen befindet. Dann noch sehr unfreundlicher Kundenservice also wir Werden dort definitiv nie mehr Urlaub machen und werden dies auch publik machen.
