Ferienapartment mit großem Renovierungs und Erneuerungsbedarf

Das Appartement bietet an sich für 2 Personen alles was man braucht. Aber es ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und weist keinerlei Gemütlichkeit oder liebevolle Einrichtung auf, die unserer Meinimg nach mit wenigen Gegenständen und Handgriffen entstehen könnte. Das Bad ist mind. seit 30 Jahren nicht renoviert worden und hatte dunkle Flecken an den Fugen. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung mit sehr harten und zudem durchgelegenen Matratzen. Die neuer eingebaute Küche mit Fensterbank lässt, wenn man auf dem "Sofa" sitzt den Baustellencharakter noch erahnen. Man blickt direkt auf den nicht verkleideten Montageschaum!!! Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, wobei man auch zu zweit mehr als einen Kaffee/Teelöffel braucht! Da erwarte ich einfach, dass solche kleinen Dinge gesehen und ersetzt werden, bevor die nä. Gäste einziehen. Mir wäre es peinlich, eine solche Wohnung zu vermieten. Etwas Positives zum Schluss....es gibt für Teetrinker eine sehr gut funktionierende Teekanne.

Hallo, habe die Tage im Haus Pax auf Amrum sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist super schön in der 1. Etage des Hauses Pax gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht über Wiesen und Felder bis Nebel. Sehr moderne Küchenzeile, neues Bett, Sofa und Badezimmer schon etwas älter aber auch in Ordnung, vor allem für den Preis. Sehr zentral auf Amrum, habe alle Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad gemacht. Bis zum Strand in Süddorf sind es vielleicht 1,5 km. Sehr gerne wieder. Miriam aus NRW

Alles, worauf es ankommt war da und in bestem Zustand (Dusche, Matratze, Bettwäsche, Küchenausstattung). Ich komme gerne wieder und habe Sie auch schon weiter empfohlen.
