This well-maintained, approximately 47 m² holiday rental in the Frauenpreiss building accommodates 2–4 people and is ideal for a relaxing North Sea holiday. In a quiet location, you can enjoy the view of the countryside from the balcony—wide meadows where mudflat horses graze, a true North Sea highlight.
The apartment features a bright living area with access to the covered balcony, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.
The building features a swimming pool and a sauna area with a relaxation room and steam room (for a fee). The shared rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the North Sea and Neuwerk Island.

The beach, dunes, and heathland are just a few minutes away and are perfect for walks, mudflat hikes, and bike rides. Parking is available right next to the building. Small dogs are welcome.

Nur ein "Frühstücksmesser" mehr vom normalen Geschirr wäre toll. Von den Gabeln und Löffeln sind jeweils 8 vorhanden, von den Messern nur 7. Und das Türschloss zum Flur greift nicht richtig, sodass die Tür häufig von allein aufgeht, da sie im Schloss nicht hält. Wir lieben diese Wohnung! Wir haben dort nicht zum ersten Mal gewohnt und es war wieder einmal so schön! Alles zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit und wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
