Here is the inviting pool of 4m x 9m with several loungers around it for sun bathing, or relax in the shade under the pergola. In turn, the garden area includes a table and chairs and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor culinary delights, its 300 m2 of lawns, planted areas and fruit trees create a unique and quiet atmosphere. Offroad covered parking is available for 3 cars.
