Luxurious vacation home directly on the famous Spangereid Canal with its own large pier and boathouse.



This is a very special house in terms of location and size. The spacious house modern and functionally equipped and offers you on several floors the spaces for privacy and for being together. In this house you will feel right at home, because here everything has been thought of. After an active day, the two of you can cozy up in the whirlpool bath in the bathroom and warm up again.



There is also plenty of parking at the house and from the garage you can go directly to the boathouse. Here you can store your boat in a protected place.

The area is known as one of the greatest nature pearls of southern Norway and offers many opportunities for activities, both with fishing, swimming and with many hiking opportunities.

Tolle Lage - geräumiges Haus

Das Haus ist ist hell, geräumig, modern und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse und einen schönen Balkon mit tollem Ausblick. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bäder in top Zustand. Leider ist das Haus nur spärlich möbliert und ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Möbel im Außenbereich, was bei schönem Urlaubswetter total ärgerlich ist. In den Schlafzimmern stehen wirklich nur Betten, nur in 2 gibt es Schränke, Licht ist in keinem der Zimmer. Das Bettzeug, das wir mit dem Haus gemietet hatten, passte nicht zu den Betten. In der Küche sind sehr wertige Elektrogeräte verbaut aber zum Kochen fehlt, bis auf das Nötigste, die Ausstattung. Für 4 Personen und einfache Gerichte war es okay aber für eine größere Gruppe würde es an Allem fehlen. Das gilt auch für das Geschirr - es gab nichtmal Schälchen! An sich im Urlaub alles kein Problem aber dem Preis des Hauses nicht entsprechend! Wer mit mehr als 4 Personen anreist, sollte vorher mit dem Verwalter Kontakt suchen, da auch nur 4 Stühle am Tisch vorhanden waren.
