The space


15 minutes: Quaint town of Lavonia with antique shops, restaurants, walkable downtown with craft beer, coffee and desserts (delicious homemade southern pies!) and more.

10 miles: Tugaloo State Park’s stunning scenery, located on the shores of Lake Hartwell. Full of activities, such as hiking trails through hardwood forests, swimming beaches, kayaking, fishing, and scenic picnic spots.

15 miles: Toccoa Falls—one of Georgia’s most stunning waterfalls. Hartwell Dam and hiking/walking trails nearby for beautiful lake views. Downtown Toccoa’s restaurants, cafes, and boutiques!

Located on Lake Hartwell with several boat ramps just 5–15 minutes away, and Tugaloo State Park 15 minutes away, you’ll have easy access to swimming, hiking, and boating. The property also includes a convenient RV hookup (50 AMP electric and water; no sewer dump) for added convenience.

Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules.

Please be mindful of not being too loud at night. While the property is secluded, we are in really good terms with our neighbors and respect each other. Quiet time starts at 11pm.

We kindly request you to respect the check-in and check-out times. This schedule ensures that we can carry out thorough cleanings between each guest, guaranteeing that the cabin is impeccably prepared for your arrival and each subsequent visitor. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you need to check-in earlier than our listed check-in time or need to check-out later than our listed check-out time, please check with us before booking.

The closet in the master bedroom is utilized for the hot water heater and laundry machine. Guests will have access to this space as it doubles as your closet space, but keep in mind it may be a bit crammed. Extra linens and pillows will be stored under the bed in the master bedroom, and air mattress and rollaway bed will be put out upon request in case the living area is to be utilized as a sleeping area.

The premises are equipped with noise monitoring devices to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies.
