Eine einzige Unverschämtheit!

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen verdreckt, die Waschmaschine und Tarassenschalousie kaputt, der gemietete Fahrradkeller vollgestellt mit Gerümpel und Fahrrädern vom Vermieter. Die Dusche ist voller Schwarzschimmel, bei dem Waschbecken im Bad ist der Abfluss verstopft (Wasser läuft nicht ab), das Geschirr und Besteck mega verdreckt oder gar nicht erst vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine nur noch ekelig. Auch kein W-Lan vorhanden. Die Agentur vor Ort wurde schriftlich im Urlaub mit Photos darüber informiert, dass ein Handwerker kommen muss.Es wurde x-mal telefoniert. Hat niemanden interessiert. Wir haben übrigens bis heute keine Antwort auf unsere E-Mail nach einer Minderung der Mietsumme erhalten. Weder von der Agentur noch vom Vermieter. Und das bei dem Preis! Eine einzige Frechheit!
