Treppenhaus und Flur stanken ekelhaft. Eingang und Treppenhaus waren unsauber. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und ohne Gerüche. Kleinere Defekte in der Wohnung: defekte Klinke im Bad, defekte Vorhänge
