Stay comfortably in Santa Rosa Beach at this charming 3-bedroom house with a fenced in yard. It is convenienly located with straight beach access. You also have Cessna Landing boat ramp and park which is just a 1-minute drive to provide water access for your kayak and paddleboard. Shopping, restaurants and much more are just a short bike ride down the street. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds to offer guests a restful night’s sleep. Two bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water that provide extra convenience for everyone. This lovely home also serves as a perfect place with below deck dining and bar area with TV, ping-pong and foosball tables, games, and a hammock for relaxing. Don't miss out on this beautiful house that has it all.
