Experience the best of West Maui in this beautifully redecorated and upgraded 880 sq. ft. condo! This is a supremely comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with split-system air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable after a day in the sun.
Maui Sands 1J feels surprisingly private and yet the view encompasses a good portion of the beautifully kept mature tropical gardens and pool. Swim, snorkel, surf, and kayak right in front of our property! This oceanfront property faces the islands of Lanai and Molokai across the Au’au channel.

This second-story unit in a 2-story building on the low-density Maui Sands property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a thoughtful layout.
The bedrooms both have a very comfortable Queen bed, plenty of clothing storage, split AC with separate control, a white-noise machine for restful sleep, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted smart TV.
A PakNPlay with extra bedding comes with the condo.

This condo is outfitted with luxurious Tommy Bahama furnishings, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, split AC control, and expansive views of the garden and pool through a full wall of windows.
There are two modern full bathrooms with large custom travertine tiled showers. Soft towels and shower amenities, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner, are provided.

This west-facing, private lanai is the heart of Maui Sands 1J. With seating for six, it’s ideal for morning coffee, an al fresco meal, or sunset cocktails. Overlooking lush gardens and the sparkling pool, it’s great for stargazing at night.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this property. It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and the property manager was available every time I had a question. Sitting on the lanai for breakfast and watching our kids in the pool- it was fantastic.

Nice place to spend our family vacation at. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was great and we used the BBQ grill to cook with no trouble. The best part was how close the beach was to walk down to. We snorkled and always saw fish. Highly recommend.

This was our second trip staying in this condo, 6th stay at Maui Sands. We love the 2 bedroom/2 bath layout. We especially liked that the second bedroom was converted to another queen bed. Perfect for 2 couples. The split A/C unit is great at night.

We LOVED our vacation here and would LOVE to stay again! Fantastic place to get Maui-ed! We stayed at this Beautiful, Oceanfront Condo for 1 week from Feb 21 - March 1, 2015. It was Home away from Home! With All the Comforts! Fantastic Location! Close to Everything! Lahaina, Kaanapali Beach, Kapalua Bay, Shopping, Restaurants, etc!

The Maui Sands condo was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the easy access to stores and restaurants, and the beach with double reef was great for snorkeling. The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Close to everything, cool and clean, and well maintained. Our unit was close to the road, so there was some noise, but not bad. Check-in was super easy and the communication with our host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We would definitely stay again. Place is as described. Conveniently located next to the ABC store. Easy check in and check out. We had a party of five and never felt to cramped. The only bummer is no real beach access but the park is close by so we could just walk over.

Family vacation in paradise

The condo was PERFECT for our family of 6, plenty of space and beautifully upgraded. Very close to shops and eateries with an awesome food truck pod just 2 blocks away. The grounds were undergoing minor maintenance, which required us to walk next door to use their beach access. We loved the proximity to the pool, we could sit on the balcony and see the kids and enjoyed the poolside bbq facilities too!

Perfect for Family

The property was really comfortable with plenty of space and bedding options. I loved all the decor which really captured the culture . The Lanai was wonderful and I enjoyed my coffee there each morning on the comfy chairs. The pool area was also nice because I could BBQ and watch the kids in the pool at the same time. Kory was very quick to respond and help with the few very minor things that popped up. Great stay and would definitely come again:)
