The holiday home has two holiday apartments in a sunny hillside location above Domaso, on the western shore of the lake. Your holiday apartment is on the middle floor.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the Domaso headland and far into the south of the lake, as well as the fascinating Alpine panorama, from the Mediterranean south-facing location. The rural surroundings feature vineyards, olive trees, meadows, a small mountain stream, and Lombard-style residential and country houses. Three outdoor areas add to the charm: The vacation apartment has a wide, partially covered balcony with an inspiring view of the lake, which provides access to your vacation apartment from the outside: a balcony with a magnificent view of the lake towards Monte Legnone and the Pian di Spagna nature reserve. A private garden, terraced and beautifully landscaped, is the third outdoor area. Comfortable deck chairs invite you to relax and enjoy the impressive panorama.
The Domaso headland offers many swimming opportunities on gently sloping beaches, with a beach promenade that is easily accessible on foot.
There are beach bars and sports providers for surfing, kiting, stand-up paddling, canoeing, and sailing boats/catamarans, as well as bike rental.
The vacation apartment is furnished to a high standard.
Stone tiles in a contemporary design underline the chic ambience.
The entrance to your vacation apartment is exclusively via the balcony on the lake side with a magnificent lake view. Approximately 10 steps lead from the adjacent footpath to the balcony.
The light-filled, open-plan living area offers stunning views of the lake and the impressive mountain panorama.
The living area features a double sofa bed as an additional sleeping option.
The kitchen opens onto the garden side with a dining table set and pellet stove and onto the living area.
A small hallway leads to the double and twin bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
The apartment has exposed high beams and a pleasant temperature all year round.
Ideal for hiking and nature lovers who appreciate high-quality living.
Please note the access for small children and people with limited mobility.

The vacation apartment is well insulated and recommended for year-round use.
There are parking spaces outside the property for your vehicles, and a 70-meter-long paved footpath leads downhill to the house.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 200.00 is to be paid in cash, which will be returned to you upon departure.
