Whether it’s long walks on the beach, bike rides through nature, or relaxing hours on the fenced-in sun terrace—our holiday home is the ideal starting point for unforgettable holiday moments.

Look forward to free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, an additional guest bathroom with a washing machine, and a lovingly landscaped garden. For our younger guests, there’s a trampoline, a sandpit, and various outdoor games such as ball games and badminton. Starting at 10.08.2026, a climbing frame with swings complements the play area and ensures even more fun during your holiday.

Thanks to self-check-in via the key safe, free private parking right next to the house, bike racks for up to five bikes, and fast fiber-optic internet, your holiday gets off to a completely relaxed start.

Our 65 m² holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people and is ideal for families, couples, friends, as well as workers and long-term guests.

You’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a cot. The cosy living area features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for cooking together.

In addition to the bathroom with a shower, there’s also a guest bathroom with a washing machine—especially convenient for families and longer stays.

You can wind down at the end of the day on the fenced-in sun terrace, which features a beach chair, patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. The spacious garden offers plenty of room for play and relaxation. For our younger guests, there’s a trampoline, sandpit, various outdoor games, and—starting at 10.08.2026—a climbing frame and swings.

Of course, you’ll have access to free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a free private parking space right next to the house, a bike rack for up to five bikes, and a key safe for flexible self-check-in.

The Achterwasser is within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a nature campground with a snack bar, a small shop for daily necessities, and water sports facilities. You can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz quickly by car or bus, or conveniently via the well-maintained bike path.
