COMFORTS:
The guest house is a newly built, luxurious 1500 square foot, two-bedroom home with a open natural light feel. This home includes a full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice-maker, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, a blender for smoothies, and of course a dishwasher because no one wants to wash dishes on vacation! A complete set of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and glasses for all your libations to make you feel right at home. Both the living room and the bedrooms have full-sized TVs. The bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed.

***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use.

JUST LIKE HOME:
Ensuring you have everything your home would have, a washer and dryer in the laundry room with laundry detergent provided. There is also an iron and ironing board to press those clothes that may have gotten wrinkled during your travels.

OUTSIDE:
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and a secluded patio with amazing views of Cathedral Rock. This is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring the beauty of the Sedona high desert and red rocks. There is also a full-sized propane Bar-B-Que for outdoor grilling.

PARKING:
I offer a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have your own free reserved parking space and driveway for the duration of your stay. No "on-the-street parking" and no wasted time trying to find a parking place near your guest house or hotel room.

INTERNET/WIFI/TV:
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access (WiFi) is provided. TVs offer streaming stations, and you may use your own accounts to sign into Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, etc., for your viewing pleasure.

OUT and ABOUT TOWN:
Sightseeing, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, spas, and so much more are just minutes away. The Chapel offers you easy access to so many of Sedona's famous rock formations, hiking and biking trails.

CLEANLINESS:
Rest assured, cleanliness is as important to me as it is to you! All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between guests and we maintain the highest standards for your safety. I am glad you are considering my guest house, and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

You will have access to the house, the custom and private patio with Bar-b-que grill and a free private parking space on the premises.

Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking, we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 4 guests at any given time. Please, no parties or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If you desire an early check-in, we often have same-day check-outs and check-ins, so we need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home, and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. If early check-in is available, we will notify you.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alteration requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
Interaction with guests

As your property management team, we are available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. Please send us your questions through the message center, and we will respond as soon as possible.

For urgent emergencies—such as a fire, flood or medical emergency in the home—please dial 911 and then contact us immediately.

All non-emergency inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
