Das gebuchte Apartment konnte wir nicht einziehen

Wir mussten in anderen Ort fahren Dadurch verloren wir Zeit und mussten nach einem Lokal suchen wo wir so spät essen konnten Waren ziemlich enttäuscht Es war im Haus keine vier Zimmer wie es sein sollte. Wegen Bettwäsche musste ich nachfragen sowie Duschtücher, wurde zwar alles bekommen, aber immerhin musste ständig anrufen und alles abklären Sollte als Entschädigung Geld zurück bekommen Nur bis jetzt nichts da Ziemlich enttäuschend

Schrottimmobilie in super Lage

Dusche ohne Duschvorhang, Herd falsch angeschlossen, Markise zerfleddert, keine Balkonmöbel, Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkelbar, Küchenmöbel fallen auseinander. Super Aussicht und super (ruhige) Lage.

Wochenenddesaster

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: 4 Tage vor der Anreise habe ich versucht den Vermieter zu kontaktieren und den Check In Ablauf zu klären. Trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche, auch über die FeWo-direkt hat sich der Vermieter erst bei mir nach der vereinbarten Check In Zeit am Anreisetag gemeldet. Ausstattung: Anstatt wie angegeben 4 Schlafzimmer, nur 3 vorhanden, kaum Ablagenöglichkeiten, schimmeliges Bad ohne Duschabtrennung, Handtücher, Geschirr (6 Teller für 8 P.) etc. zu wenig vorhanden, allgemein sehr reduzierte, lieblose Einrichtung. Kein W-LAN. Sicherheit: Rauchmelder fehlen, teils offene Lichtschalter, raushängende ungesicherte Kabel, kaputte und schiefhängende Markise. Hygiene: Küche: Griffe, Toaster etc. schmutzig und Kühlschranktür defekt, teils Wände im Schlafzimmer vollgespritzt. Nur die Aussicht vom Balkon war schön.

Unterkunft mit Ausblick

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Luxus darf man nicht erwarten. Darauf haben wir uns aber auch nicht eingestellt, daher war für uns alles in Ordnung. Den Code für die Schlüsselbox haben wir nach Ankunft in Cochem im Telefonat erhalten. Die Box ging auf und wir konnten den Schlüssel entnehmen und in die Unterkunft einziehen.Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben wir für alle Reisenden vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und für unseren Aufenthalt in Ordnung gewesen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Uns hat es gefallen. (7 Personen)
