The apartment is located in the ground floor and has two double bedrooms,living room with convertible sofa, one bathroom and two guest toilettes. Everything in the outdoor area is fully private and only at your disposal - the pool, barbecue, dining area. WiFi, airconditioning, parking spot provided. Close to the beach and center of Čižići where you can find numerous pebble and concrete beaches, a beach with healing mud, restaurants and other. The pool is closed from 30.09.-15.05.

We will definitely come back again—it was an amazing stay!

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is new, spotlessly clean, and the interior has a really great vibe. Having breakfast outside in the warm sunrise, in such a beautiful setting, is simply amazing. The pool is a huge plus, and there’s also plenty of shade in the afternoon, which is essential on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The location is great, with the seaside just a short walk away. We stayed here in April, and Krk has a lot to offer even in the off-season. Host is amazingly kind!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten Appartement. Besonders der Außenbereich hat uns begeistert – mit dem gemauerten Grill, dem überdachten Sitzplatz und dem schönen Pool ist er ideal zum Entspannen und für gesellige Abende. Das größere Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene, das Kleinere eignet sich eher für Kinder oder einen Jugendlichen. Die Räume sind funktional und ausreichend, wenn auch nicht besonders groß. Im Inneren ist alles sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und mit sehr vielen dekorativen Details gestaltet – teils etwas üppig, aber über Geschmack kann man sich ja streiten.. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, ein Toaster wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe; zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften sind es rund 15 Minuten zu Fuß, der Rückweg führt stets bergauf. Wer die Ruhe der Lage und Sauberkeit schätzt, findet hier ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil. 👍

Wir waren zu vier erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern bei Fatka als Gäste. Platz war genug. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, Pool ist der Highlights , mann kann draußen sitzen, grillen und einfach nur chillen. Unsere Hund hat auch sehr genossen, alles ist zu er konnte sich frei bewegen. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde Pool gereinigt. Fatka als Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und auch sehr freundlich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Terasse und Pool

Am Pool mit seinen verschiedenen Sitzbereichen (Sonne und Schatten) kann man den Morgen und den Tag genießen und Abends schön grillen. Auch bei Regen ist es kein Problem, da zwei Sitzbereiche überdacht sind. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen schönen Bäcker am Strand und auf dem Weg dorthin einen kleinen Supermarkt. Fußläufig gibt es einige kleinere Strände. Wir sind manchmal ein wenig mit dem Auto gefahren, um z.B. in Malinska den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben. Der Privatparkplatz grenzt sofort an den Garten. Sehr komfortabel ist auch die Ausstattung der Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank und Eisschrank, sowie Waschmaschine, Klimagerät und Wlan. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns ein paar Fragen sofort per Telefon beantwortet und hat uns auch schnell geholfen. Die Pflege des privaten Pools erfolgte nach Voranmeldung durch die Vermieterin und eine profesionelle Firma, so dass das Poolwasser immer gute Qualität hatte. Beim Abreisetag haben wir uns leider geirrt und sie hat sich schnell und unkompliziert um eine Lösung bemüht. Vielen lieben Dank und alles Gute!

Le logement est grand et moderne. La petite piscine privée est très agréable ainsi que les aménagements extérieurs. Il convient de savoir que la résidence est entourée d’immeubles qui ont vue sur la piscine et le jardin quand vous vous baigniez ou êtes sur un transat. Le logement ne bénéficie que d’une climatisation dans le salon ce qui est insuffisant en période de forte chaleur notamment quand vous êtes dans les chambres.

Het zwembad is echt fantastisch. En het appartement ligt lekker rustig dus heerlijk geslapen op de fijne bedden. Ook de service is fantastisch. Er stond een drankje en stokbrood voor ons klaar en we mochten Ook eerder in het appartement. Super lief. Heel de dag is er schaduw aanwezig zodat je lekker uit of in de zon kan zitten. Het is echt een top plek.

- Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung - liebevoll eingerichtet - fühlten uns gleich wohl - Info über Quartier proaktiv erhalten, Easy Check-in - erste Strände über Waldpfad erreichbar (10min Marsch) - Čizići bietet viel vor Ort: Eisdiele, Bäcker, Minimarkt, Restaurants, Bars - einziges Minus: Genaue Location wird erst nach Buchung angezeigt (in diesem Fall statt Zentrumslage hinten auf den Hügeln), was für manche doch problematisch sein kann

Major-league holiday!

Accueil parfait, nous avons eu droit à un vin d’honneur à notre arrivé. De plus, suite à notre retard de vol, Tomislav n’a pas manqué de nous attendre jusqu’à 23h15 pour nous remettre les clés et je profite de cette occasion pour le remercier une fois de plus. L’appartement était très propre et bien rangé. L’environnement est très calme et paisible comme on le souhaitais pour passer des vacances reposantes. L’appartement donne une vue sur la mer 🌊 et la plage 🏖️ et possède une piscine privée très propre et éclairée pour se baigner tard la nuit. Tomislav est très accueillant et réponds instantanément aux demandes par contact téléphonique😎 Je profite de l’occasion pour leur donner une note de 9,99/10 pour leur accueil et je recommande également leur bel appart.

Tolle Wohnung mit netten Nachbarn in ruhiger Lage. Der Garten mit Pool ist super und der Strand ist einfach nur die Straße runter. Auch der Hundestrand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne relativ neue Wohnung mit einem tollen Pool. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter (Fatka und Patrick) die uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen haben. Sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben sich auch sofort gekümmert falls wir Fragen hatten. Zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß über einen etwas steinigen Weg oder ca 15 Minuten durch den Ort. WLAN war etwas langsam und wir hätten uns einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse gewünscht für etwas mehr Schatten. Aber alles nicht gravierend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
