Escape to the beauty of Lake Shafer in this spacious waterfront home designed for relaxing getaways and unforgettable lake days. Set on a large private lot with expansive shoreline, this property offers direct water access, scenic views, and plenty of room for families or groups to unwind. And it's only a 4 minute drive to Indiana Beach!

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living space perfect for gathering after a day on the lake. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the peaceful waterfront setting, while the layout makes it easy to enjoy time together. Step outside and take advantage of two generous decks overlooking the water—ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply soaking in the lake views.

With direct access to the main part of Lake Shafer, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, or lounging by the water right from your private pier. While the boat and boat lift are not accessible to guests, there is plenty of room to park your own boat trailer, and a public boat ramp not far up the road. The spacious lot provides privacy and plenty of parking, as well as a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating.

The home and property were beautiful! Communication with the host was great! They were very responsive. Our group consisted of 6 adults and we had amole room to spread out. We throughly enjoyed the water front. The views were incredible. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

House was very clean , host was very accommodating and view were amazing. Just not ideal for brining your own boat and keeping it tied up way too much boat traffic but that’s my fault should have done more research or asked about a boat slip
