9th Ave is one of the most historic streets in Ellensburg located right between Downtown and the CWU campus. Most of our neighbors are long-time residents that take care of each other. You truly feel loved in this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

The fully fenced, private lawn is much larger than most other downtown properties. The property location is perfectly placed to be within walking distance of most local attractions while still remaining secluded and quiet.
