The holiday home is in a wonderful hillside location in Pognana Lario, a small village in a privileged position between Como (12 km) and Bellagio (17 km) in the inner triangle of the lake. The house is situated on the lake side on the shore road, approx. 90 m as the crow flies above the lake. The impressive hillside location offers plenty of sun as well as a fascinating wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With entrance to the lakeside road, there is a typical Italian village bar in the house with ice cream, cappuccino, prosecco and smaller snacks. The outdoor areas are equipped with deckchairs and a seating area.
A bathing place with sunbathing and play area and small boat harbour can be reached in only 3 - 5 min. via a steeper nature path with steps, past rustic gardens. The access to the lake for swimming is via a staircase or ladder into the water.
The holiday flat has large panoramic windows on the lake side with a wonderful lake view and individual furnishings.
The kitchen is equipped with good cooking and tableware.
A holiday flat for music & Aperol lovers who love life with music, entertainment and dancing. The focal point is the fascinatingly large and light-flooded living area with the wide balcony on the lake side and the large eat-in kitchen on the mountain side.

The bedrooms have African parquet flooring, the living area and bathroom have Lombardy tiled floors.
The holiday flat convinces by its size, equipment and location. The view is beautiful. The bar on the mountain side is only noticed occasionally and is an enrichment for guests who value a little service "around the corner". The accommodating manager Signora Durini speaks German. The holiday flat is recommended all year round.
The internet access has been provided free of charge by the cafe bar - they are happy to oblige by consumption - thank you very much.
Next to the house there is a small car park with a barrier (only partly suitable for large cars), other public car parks in the near vicinity.
