Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 10 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Skisport facilities 10 km, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school, sled run 200 m, cross country ski track 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaunertaler Gletscher 21 km, Serfaus-Fiss 14 km, Fendels 10 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Kaunergrat, Verpeil, Klettersteig Verpelischlucht. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels (Ried) und Kaunertaler Gletscher. Reduced admission (50% in summer, free in winter) to the "Quellalpin" indoor pool (50m) and other discounts with the "Kaunertal Card" included.
"Sonnenhof Top 2", 2-room apartment 70 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 sofabed and shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Parquet floors. Beautiful view of the mountains. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift. Photos are example photos - deviations possible!

Die Wohnung hatte einen ungemütlichen Essbereich, wo man schlecht sitzen konnte. 2 Bänke, Rücken an der Wand, sehr eng, schmaler Tisch. Schlafbereich nur mit einer Glasschiebetür abgetrennt. Sehr hellhörig. Badezimmer sehr eng.
