One bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and private, outdoor patio with lights are all on the first floor. Two beautiful bedrooms, full modern bathroom and convenient washer/dryer on the second floor. The attic is on the third floor.

The place was great, clean, easy to access. Exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Dallas. My only comment is that the listing showed a location a few blocks off of the main road, while the unit was in fact on the main road. This did not impact our stay at all, still would recommend!

Overall exactly what we’re expecting. Bed in downstairs bedroom was very squeaky, it may need the screws tightened. Otherwise everything else was very good, and in a great location for us.

Unfortunately the ac was out and we were not able to stay here. The host did communicate with us once we were on property and was willing to work with us. We just wished that the situation was addressed earlier. Alternate accommodations were required. We did receive a refund.

We had some issues with hot water in the upstairs bathroom. It was not warm enough for a good hot bath and we had 5 bath takers. All had to just shower in the one shower downstairs. Host said this issue was in the process of being taken care of. Other than this, it was a lovely stay!
