Close to the sea and the mouth of the Loire River, this property welcomes you on a huge natural plot. Inside, a comfortable interior and a rustic atmosphere await you. The cottage can accommodate up to several families and invites you to spend carefree vacations close to nature.

Take advantage of the natural plot with plenty of space to play and nice corners for cozy hours outdoors. Thanks to the tennis court, the trampoline and a table tennis table, young and old can enjoy sports activities.

You will stay in an ideal location between the famous seaside resort of La Baule and the fortified town of Guérande. Experience the Pays de la Loire with its salt marshes and castles, spend relaxing days at the beach and discover the local gastronomy.

Gite familial de charme

Gite avec 8 chambres et de nombreuses places. Les gardiens sont très accueillants. Situé près de Guérande et surtout près de l'Intermarché ce qui est très pratique. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Idéal pour une réunion de famille ou d'amis. Le lieu est très calme.
