This comfortable holiday apartment, measuring approximately 75 m², is located in a very quiet spot on a small side street, is mostly surrounded by gardens, and is only about 350 m from the beach. The Bodden is about 600 m away, and the pedestrian zone is about 1.2 km away. There are also several bike rental shops there.

The elegant and cosy apartment features a spacious, high-quality living area with a decorative tiled stove and a well-equipped kitchenette.

The larger bedroom is furnished with, among other things, a double bed, a closet, and a mirrored chest of drawers; the smaller one features a single sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.

The apartment was renovated in 2025/26; the carpet in all rooms was replaced with high-quality, warm-to-the-foot wood-look vinyl flooring; the balcony floor was renewed and given a modern, light colour scheme at the same time. The seating furniture was reupholstered with high-quality fabric.

The television was also replaced; since April 2026, Wi-Fi has been available to guests via a Homespot.

The shower room features a coin-operated sauna and a washer-dryer.

The large balcony has an awning; its semicircular orientation towards the east-southwest ensures sunshine all day long.

Every room is equipped with fly screens.
