versteckte Kosten und viel Dreck

Das Gute vorweg: Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und hat eine gute Lage. Das war's aber auch schon mit dem Lob. Leider wurden wir im Inserat nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher hinzugebucht werden müssen. Man reserviert zu einem bestimmten Preis, bekomt die Buchungsbestätigung und eine Email mit der Bitte, einem Link zu folgen und dort Angaben zu den Gästen zu machen (Name + Alter). Irgendwo auf dieser Webseite findet sich scheinbar ein "+"-Button, mit dem man dann bestimmte Leistungen hinzubuchen kann, z.B. Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ich fühle mich hier betrogen, denn wir sollten 92 € extra zahlen, um für 4 Personen Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu bekommen. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr dreckig gewesen. Viel Dreck auf dem Boden, Spinnenweben an der Wand, dicke Staubschichten auf den Fenstersims. Es gab nicht einmal einen Besen oder einen Staubsauger. Die Kopfkissen und Decken waren sehr schmutzig. Auf einer Decke waren Blutflecken. Das Bad (ohne Fenster) roch sehr muffig. Dieses Objekt ist leider keine Empfehlung wert. Schade, denn Potential ist vorhanden.
