1-room flat on 1 floor, 52 m2. Terrace, south-east facing position, with mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Bath/WC/lavabo. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to the living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are allowed.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Seit annähernd 35 Jahren sind wir im Chesa Munteratsch zu Gast. Der Service von Reservierung über Buchung bis zur spontanen Bewältigung unvorhergesehener Ereignisse und die freundliche ,lockere Atmosphäre haben uns immer begeistert und werden uns auch in Zukunft wieder ins Chesa Munteratsch führen. Zum Langlaufen gibt es wahrscheinlich keine bessere Unterkunft weit und breit.

Sehr schöne und praktische Wohnung. Wir haben unsere Ferien bisher selten in einer derart vollständig ausgerüsteten Wohnung verbracht. Wo wir früher alte Pfannen, unterschiedliches Besteck und Geschirr, fehlende Badetuchstangen und Aufhänger für Kleider angetroffen haben, in dieser Wohnung ist alles perfekt vorhanden und wir hoffen, dass trotz guter Bewertung die Wohnung auch für uns wieder einmal frei sein wird.
