Welcome to Canyon Reach Ranch — a private escape on 20 secluded acres bordering public land in Northern Arizona. This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers peace, privacy, and room to explore. Enjoy two spacious decks, a fire pit under dark skies, laundry, and stunning natural surroundings with abundant wildlife and endless stargazing.
Located just 20 minutes from the Grand Canyon, 40 minutes from Williams, 1 hour from Flagstaff, and 1.5 hours from Sedona, it’s the perfect basecamp for adventure or a quiet getaway.
Please keep doors closed, as wildlife and small rodents are common in the area and may enter if left open. Exterior security cameras are present for property monitoring.
Please note: Canyon Reach Ranch is currently offered at introductory rates while exterior landscaping and site improvements are still being completed. The home interior is fully finished, complete, and ready for guests. Some exterior areas may continue to improve during your stay, but this is not expected to impact use of the home or your experience.
