Step into your perfect holiday home! With 91 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 6 adults and one toddler to enjoy a wonderful stay on the North Sea.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with comfortable couches, a TV, and cabinets, as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. From here, you can step out onto your private terrace, which is fully furnished and invites you to relax and spend time together. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and your own sauna.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor of the holiday home. Here you’ll find the three bedrooms: two of them feature comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The third bedroom is the children’s room, equipped with books, a desk, and two single beds.
The second bathroom, featuring a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink, is also located on the upper floor.


You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can book these as add-ons for an additional fee and find them ready upon your arrival. If you’re travelling with a toddler, you’re welcome to book a travel cot and a high chair for an additional fee. We also rent out baby monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathtubs, bed rails, changing pads, night lights, and stair gates.
You can also borrow a microwave and a freezer for free. If needed, please specify your requests when booking.
Two parking spaces are located directly at the house and are free of charge.
A flat-rate final cleaning fee is charged for the apartment. However, you also have the option of handling the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. Upon successful inspection upon your departure, you will receive the amount back.
You have the option to use a washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.
Pets are welcome for a small fee but must be registered in advance.

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip at the Nordseelagune water park – enjoy swimming in the seawater lake with no tides – or on the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the local swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing to your heart’s content. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for either. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private.
Get to know the region and its people; take a stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants where you can linger. There are also regular cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with more information on-site.
